Eligible ready-made, non-personalized items can be returned in accordance with our Refund Policy. Personalized and custom-made items may be excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal where the legal exception for goods made to customer specifications applies. Ready-made items are generally prepared within 1–3 business days. Handmade and personalized items generally require 5–10 business days before dispatch unless a different production time is stated on the product page. Delivery times depend on the destination and shipping method shown at checkout.
