Returns & personalization
Eligible ready-made, non-personalized items can be returned in accordance with our Refund Policy. Personalized and custom-made items may be excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal where the legal exception for goods made to customer specifications applies. Your statutory rights for defective, damaged or incorrect items remain unaffected.
Shipping & processing
Ready-made items are generally prepared within 1–3 business days. Handmade and personalized items generally require 5–10 business days before dispatch unless a different production time is stated on the product page. Delivery times depend on the destination and shipping method shown at checkout.
Handmade & production
Hansima combines handmade production with carefully selected materials and components. Personalized pieces are prepared individually for each order. The exact material, finish and production method stated on the individual product page apply to that item.
