Ready-made products: Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Handmade / Personalized products: Since these items are made to order, please allow 5–10 business days for production before shipment.
(Production time may vary depending on order volume and design complexity.)
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number.

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply in their country.
Hansima is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
📦 Order Tracking
All orders include a tracking number.

⚠️ Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct when placing your order.
We are not responsible for packages that are lost due to incorrect address details.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the buyer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
